Orders will be dispatched WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS  You will receive your tracking number via e-mail, this serves as confirmation that your order was finalized and on its way to you. Courier fees are currently either R99.00 via The Courier Guy – (door to door) OR R70.00 via PUDO – (door to locker). Parcels are sent out Monday to Thursday only (excl. public holidays). For any queries regarding your parcels, please contact the courier company directly. All parcels are dispatched at own risk, and Online Sales Mom does not accept liability for any damages or loss .
